Poe2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using any poe2 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the poe2 platform available at poe2.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use poe2 services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and poe2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any notified amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.
The poe2 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. poe2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of poe2 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. poe2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact the poe2 support team immediately at [email protected].
Personal information submitted during registration must be accurate and verifiable. poe2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or other relevant documents issued by Malaysian authorities. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a poe2 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal and entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with poe2.
- Using your poe2 account for any money laundering or unlawful financing activities.
- Sharing or transferring access to your account to another party, whether for free or for a fee.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others through the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including game manipulation or unauthorized financial transactions.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without compensation, and poe2 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the poe2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). poe2 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment service provider.
Currently supported deposit methods include FPX (Malaysian online banking) and TNG eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to poe2's prevailing policies and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All current limits can be checked in your account dashboard.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. poe2 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method — from instant to up to three business days for standard bank transfers.
Poe2 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where suspicious activity is detected or where identity verification has not been completed. Any transaction disputes must be reported to poe2 within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limitations and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Poe2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, the user's own request, or at poe2's discretion based on reasonable business considerations. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining credit balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach.
Limitation of Liability
Poe2 strives to provide the best possible digital entertainment platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. poe2 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, system failures, data loss, or technical issues beyond poe2's reasonable control. poe2's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, user interfaces, and other materials on the poe2 platform are the exclusive property of poe2 and are protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any poe2 intellectual property without explicit written consent.
Third-Party Links
The poe2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. poe2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Visiting third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Poe2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the poe2 platform after any amendment is published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact poe2 to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
